Imran Khan played a famous captain’s innings against England, ably assisted by Javed Miandad as Pakistan put on 249 runs in their 50 overs. In the second innings, Pakistan had England at 21/2 but then England rallied before Wasim Akram removed Lamb and Lewis with successive balls to set up a famous victory.
