Inspired By Succession: Logan Roy Football Shirt

A football shirt inspired by the award-winning TV show Succession. The embroidered club badge is based on the elements of the Scottish Roy family crest and the clan MacGregor that Roy comes under. Embroidered around the lion rampant are the Latin words “Potestas et Imperium” (“Power and Control“). The main sponsor on the front of the shirt is Waystar RoyCo, the media, entertainment and leisure conglomerate that is majorly owned and run by the Roy family in the series, whilst the sleeve sponsor is the logo of Vaulter; the media startup which is first bought and later shut down by Kendall Roy on his father’s orders.

The rear of the shirt features the name Roy and number 1, both in fonts similar to those used in US legal tender. The number one also features the stylised image of a knife inside it; appropriate since it appears on the back of the shirt. The bottom of the rear of the shirt features Logan Roy’s unofficial catchphrase, small and suitably censored but visible nonetheless: “f*ck off”.
