We specialise in pop culture-inspired fashion and accessories including:

Are your products officially licensed?
We offer “officially inspired” pop culture fashion that celebrates your favourite themes and characters through original artwork and designs, created in collaboration with talented independent artists.
Do you offer plus sizes or children’s sizes?
Currently we focus on standard adult sizes, but we’re always expanding our range. Check individual product pages for specific sizing information.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your site?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all your personal and payment information. You can also choose to checkout via PayPal for an additional layer of security.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly to get your pop culture goodies to you ASAP! If you need to make changes, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the processing stage.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two great options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch (tracking included).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions. Both our shipping methods include tracking so you can follow your pop culture fashion’s journey to your doorstep!
Why is my package taking longer than expected?
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, international customs processing or remote locations can sometimes cause slight delays. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on customized or sale items unless faulty.
How do I return an item?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Account & Technical Issues
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive instructions to create a new password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
How can I update my account information?
Log into your account and navigate to “Account Settings” where you can update your personal details, password, and newsletter preferences.
Why am I not receiving your emails?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If our emails are there, mark them as “Not Spam.” You might also need to add [email protected] to your contacts. Ensure you’ve opted in to receive communications during checkout or account creation.
